Facilities / Lettings

Our fabulous facilities are available for hire to the local community from:

• *Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 21:00
• *Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 - 14:00

*Subject to availability.

Our facilities are also available throughout the school holidays and we can accommodate local clubs, organisations and community groups.

Sports Block

•  Sports Hall

Facilitating a full-sized basketball and netball court, four badminton courts and five-a-side football.

Size: 36m x 18m (648sq^m)

Cost (per hour): £40.00

• Dance Studio

Part sprung flooring, with facing mirrored wall and five moveable mirrored screens.  Also includes a 75" television and sound system.

Size: 12m x 10m (120sq^m)

Cost (per hour): £25.00

• Activity Studio

Wooden flooring, with clear space for floor-based activities e.g. gymnastics.  Please note, not suitable for football or any hard ball games.

Size: 15m x 10m (150sq^m)

Cost (per hour): £20.00

Male and female changing rooms are available, with showering facilities and space to hang clothing.

Main Hall

With lighting, sound system, projector and screen, our Main Hall has tiered seating, to accommodate 264 people, plus additional seating to accommodate a total of 350 people.  This is the ideal facility to host meetings, seminars, presentations and much more.  Seating is fully retractable, opening up the space for other purposes.

Dining Hall

Our large Dining Hall is available with tables and benches.  Use of this area could be combined with our catering facilities, by prior arrangement and discussion, with our catering contractor, Innovate IFG.

Outdoor

Our outdoor facilities include:

• Football Pitch (grass)

Occasional hire: £45.00 (per hour)

Block booking: £35.00 (per hour)

• Netball Court / Multi-use games area

Occasional hire: £18.00 (per hour)

*Block booking: £13.50 (per hour)

*25% discount for block bookings of 10 weeks or more.

Other

• Classroom: £20.00 (per hour)

• Meeting room: £15.00 (per hour)
• Conference room: £20.00 (per hour)

Further Information and Contact Details

Free onsite parking, with up to 150 spaces available, is included with all facility hire.

For larger events, we are also able to provide onsite catering, subject to prior arrangement and availability.

All lettings are subject to terms and conditions as defined in the letting / hire agreement, completion of which is a requirement in advance.
