Welcome to the Phoenix Rewards Programme; a dynamic programme, designed to inspire and motivate our pupils to reach their full potential.  With a range of exciting termly awards, including the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher and Head of House Awards, there's something for everyone to strive for.  Additionally, our Phoenix Values Awards align with the school's 7 core character values, recognising pupils who embody these qualities.  For our Year 11 students, we offer discounts on Prom tickets and Leaver's Hoodies, as a special recognition of their hard work and dedication.  There are also exciting reward trips throughout the year and a grand finale at the end of the year with our Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 Award’s Evening.

The goal of the Phoenix Rewards Programme is to improve behaviour and outcomes across the school by incentivising attitudes and actions that are linked to success.  We firmly believe that if students are rewarded for their efforts, they are more likely to repeat those behaviours and strive for even greater achievements.

Parents / Carers are invited to join us on this exciting journey towards success.  The ClassCharts and MyEd Apps are a great way to monitor and recognise the great things your child is doing.  You will also receive correspondence when they reach milestones like 100, 200, 300 and 500 Achievement Points.  In addition to this, the names of all award winners are shared on the school’s social media accounts and on the new Media Wall in the canteen so that we can all celebrate their success.
