Temporary Pastoral Manager - Covid-19 Support

GRADE:       Band E (£.22,292 p.a. - £26,619 p.a. Actual salary after adjustment for term time working)

HOURS:        37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week

Temporary until 31 August 2021          


Phoenix is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Pastoral Manager, on a temporary basis to undertake this unique role in School. Working directly to the Assistant Head Teacher (Pastoral), you will be responsible for providing additional support in respect of increased child protection and safeguarding work across the school due to Covid-19 and the resulting national lockdown/school closure.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of dealing with safeguarding concerns in an education setting and ideally, a background in providing support to young people through behaviour management techniques, counselling or mentoring.

Phoenix is committed to the protection and safety of its students.  An enhanced DBS will be required before commencement in the post.
